At the certer of the Life ecosystem is the Life token, the key to the LIFE ecosystem, which plays a vital role in rewards, staking and other wallet functionality, and debit card transactions.

Michael Gord
Director
Michael is the co-founder & CEO of the GDA Group of Companies, which are focused across the digital asset capital market and include GDA Capital, focused on digital asset investments and web 3.0 capital market advisory, Acronym Asset Management, focused on market neutral asset management strategies, NFT BAZL, focused on investment grade NFTs and Life DeFi, focused on making DeFi accessible for retail investors. Michael is a founder and sits on the Board of Metaverse Group, a metaverse technology company, which was acquired by Tokens.com, a publicly traded web 3.0 holding company, and then acquired by StoryFire, a SocialFi application with 2.5M+ users.
Patrick Andras
Funding Partner
Patrick Andras has a Business degree from Louisiana State University. Patrick started in the digital asset space in 2017. During this time Patrick advised numerous top crypto currency projects. He has one of the most successful Crypto Twitter accounts @woofBIGDAWG BigDawgCrypto. The success of the Twitter analysis on the crypto markets led to the Big Dawg Crypto Podcast. CZ Binance was the guest on the first episode which led to some of the biggest names in the crypto currency space appearing on the podcast. In 2021 Patrick founded the Life Defi Wallet and in 2022 GDA Capital acquired the Life DeFi Wallet and Patrick joined GDA as a managing partner.

Joaquim Miro is a founding partner of MLG Blockchain, and has global experience working with companies in the blockchain industry. In 2018 he became the youngest person in history to be inducted to the Canadian Marketing Association MarTech Council. He serves as an advisor to the Holt Accelerator, and many blockchain projects. His work has been featured on BNN and other major publications.

Jacob is the co-founder & CEO of Nova Ventures, which is a design venture studio focused on Web 3.0 projects. Jacob has led the product UI/UX and brand design for exploding venture funded companies across gameFi, AI, DeFi, among others.
Michael Laurens
Marketing
Award-winning digital marketer and entrepreneur with 10 years+ experience & a track record of success in the web 3 space. Led public offering of digital assets with hundreds of millions of dollars of financing. Expertise in growing communities to over 100,000 members. Connected projects to 1+ billion crypto enthusiasts and investors collectively through innovative web3 marketing strategies. Bootstrapped multiple businesses to 7+ figures in annual revenue. Recognized by prestigious publications including Forbes and Entrepreneur for work in Web 3 Industry.
Michael Van De Velde

Michael Van De Velde is a CPA,CA who leads the Finance and treasury management division at GDA Capital. Michael came to GDA Capital from Deloitte and KPMG Canada where he gained profound accounting and finance experience working as a manager in the private enterprise audit and tax department. At KPMG, Mike was responsible for audits, reviews, NTR’s within the following industries manufacturing, education, retail, construction, and not for profit. He worked alongside colleagues and worked with CFOs and controllers at various businesses where he gained valuation financial education that he applies today at GDA Capital.
